Join us for a fun, three sport challenge fundraiser for the Y’s Changing Lives Annual Fund. Racers aged 8-18 will compete for the fastest overall course time through the campuses of the Lionville Community YMCA, Downingtown East High School and Lionville Elementary School.

SWIM

Y Indoor Pool
• 150 yards (10 and under)
• 300 yards (11-18 years)

BIKE

Start at the Y moving through East Campus to the Elementary School with a loop around the High School on the return trip to the Y.
• 2.14 miles for each age category

RUN

Start at the Y to the sports field behind Y and loop back to finish at the Y.
• Half Mile (10 and under)
• 1 Mile (11-18 year olds)

RACE DAY SCHEDULE
Check In at The Y @ 7:00 AM on Sept. 12
First Swim Wave @ 8:15 AM
Awards Immediately after the event.

AWARDS AND PRIZES
• T-shirt First 200 entrants
• Trophies First 3 overall boys and girls winners
• Medals First 3 boys and girls age group winners
• Participation ribbon All entries

REGISTRATION FEES
$20.00 until 9/4/2010
$25.00 9/5/10-9/11/10
Registration closes at 7:00 PM
on Saturday September 11.
